I am on my third session with Corey Springer and I am overall very happy with his work, he takes the time to listen to all your health concerns pushes you in a healthy way but also allows you to have breaks if you need it. He also is very knowledgeable about his craft and will not waste a second of your time in session, he will explain why everything that you do is beneficial or what muscle group a specific exercise works out! He is also very adamant on helping clients achieve their goals and learn how to work out. He also is up to date on the latest fitness research and studies, showing a passion for this field and making his work more effective. I've worked with David at Chris Protein Personal Training for 4 years now, and over that time he's helped me improve my health and fitness profoundly. Over the first 10 months, David helped me find incremental lifestyle changes that allowed me to lose 65 pounds, and maintain my lower body weight. I started training with David Lattanzi about an year ago. While ensuring my accountability to regular work-outs and good diet , David has helped me in managing my body weight and improving on my strength, stamina and endurance. He is highly professional and ensures we check on how i feel before the workouts to customize my workout plan accordingly and that way i avoid injuries. When it came to fitness and trips to the gym I was often lost and intimidated by all the equipment. luckily though I stumbled across this gem of a gym. For the past few months I’ve been working with David Lattanzi and the improvements I’ve seen are very encouraging. David is an awesome trainer that you can rely on to keep you motivated. He not only pushes you to meet your goals but he also teaches you proper form behind each movement. His passion for helping others is evident in his approach.
The gym’s atmosphere is also incredible. I’ve never felt out of place or judged. It’s small enough to feel at home.. yet large enough to meet all your needs. It also offers a wide array of equipment to make everyone happy.
I would definitely recommend everyone who needs help on their fitness journey to try this place.

Hey so I'll only work out if I am forced to go to a personal trainer, so I called Chris Protein.

Chris Protein has taken me from 140 slim to 165 lbs athletic in 50ish sessions. He has a low pressure type of training style that I like.

I only workout like 2 times a month and we have gotten results! Felt pretty easy, I'm a fan of that. He will know how to improve you. Call Chris Protein after you read this last word

I've really enjoyed working out with Chris! He obviously knows what he's talking about, and he's friendly and approachable too. I love having him as my personal trainer and will definitely recommend him to anyone who asks.
