Chinua Unites was a great DJ for our office holiday party. We asked him to play a mix of Caribbean and contemporary feel good music - and it resonated with all!!

DJ Chinua Unites was an amazing DJ! I was celebrating a milestone birthday at the Sanctuary in Roosevelt Island with friends & family from all over. He was pleasant to work with, always making sure that my Marilyn Monroe theme was accounted for. My girlfriends are also avid dancers, and he made sure to keep us dancing during the reception. We were so happy to have Chinua Unites as a part of our wedding celebration! Our reception had Spanish and English speakers and people of all ages, and he was able to emcee in both languages and keep the party going with music that everyone could enjoy. Chinua exceeded our expectations. Beyond his musical talents, he was incredibly communicative and responsive. He really listened to our musical preferences/playlist but also asked for permission to inject his own creative freedom - which we absolutely appreciated. He nailed the vibe we were going after and really took interest into the event holistically - not just his role in it. Where do i even begin, Chinua was absolutely amazing. He made my daughter's sweet 16 a hit. From the moment we spoke he was all in and listened to every detail provided. He made sure everything was exactly how we thought it would be. I also did allow him to chose the songs to be played all i provided him was which type of music we liked and he truly hit it head on. His personality is absolutely amazing. Planning a birthday is extremely hard and i must say he made this the easiest part for me. if i could give him 100 stars i would.

He's great!

He has a broad understanding of music and its various genres but more importantly, he gets people. He knows how to engage with and move an audience, which I didn't truly understand at first but now realize how important it is at events. Case in point, at an event I attended, he made the cocktail hour feel buzzy, the dinner classy, and the dance floor vibey.
