Pretty good service. Pretty clean place. The food was up to par with the Chick Fil A standards. Overall a decent choice. I think they may have had a new cashier one of the times we went because she forgot to ask our party of 8 if we wanted or needed sauces. When I went up to ask her for sauces, I asked for two Polynesian and four chick fil a sauces. She only gave me three chick fil a sauces and said if I wanted more I would have to pay and then I had to remind her we were a party of 8 and never got any sauces at all. I could tell she felt bad and gave us the sauces but it was junky that I had to remind her to do her job. That day she also forgot my salad dress and Cobb salad extras like my bell pepper pieces. I think maybe because we were always a large party of 8 when we went they had a hard time keeping up with the orders. A lot of times (our party of 8 was in Alexandria for a week and went about 4 times) our drink sizes were wrong or they would mix up drinks. Nice. I'm glad this is here!!! It is 5 mins away from the interstate. Happily it has a playpen. If only they'd start serving breakfast late! But my nuggets and frosted lemonade were delicious! This location was very busy. Could be a good thing, if they were a little more organized. They don't utilize the cones to identify customers as other locations do. That would have helped find us, as we saw them throw away our strawberry shake because they didn't know who it ordered it.  Every worker greeted us as we entered  in... EVERY. ONE. OF.  THEM. The restaurant is so clean and the staff so nice. And the food is amazing. I love the grilled nuggets and fruit cup, but I want to be naughty and sometimes get the shake and spicy sandwich. Make sure you have the CFA app so you can get free food. More...

Wasn't a big fan, just meh, but I tried the side salad first and strips one day. I've been delivered lol! I can enjoy nuggets or strips . ... fried or grilled + a Market Salad, I love the variety. This location always busy, but it's worth the wait. The aroma of my beloved nuggets make me smile. Also, I love the technology too. Try though you might, I really don't think you can find a better fast food joint than this Chick-fil-a. My friends and I come in here probably at least twice a month if not once a week, and we've never had poor service, a bad experience, or even seen a rude employee. Everyone's really nice and always has a smile when they talk to you. And the managers are usually out in the actual store area watching the floor. They even run food sometimes. Highly recommended! Like always I am happy when eating at Chick Fil A! The staff could put just a little bit more of a smile on their faces (not all of them seemed unhappy, but most), but other then that the food was delicious as always! This was our first time eating here that balloons were given to the kids, but that just made the experience even better! We left with full tummies like always! More...

What can I say? I love this place. It's a fast food place that doesn't smell like grease and the workers treat you like royalty! They support so many local events and schools so you know your money is going to a good cause. I won homecoming queen in high school and I went with the homecoming court to CFA on the day of our parade and a manager came out and told us that our meals were free! Those spontaneous nice gestures and good customer service has made me a loyal customer. Not to mention they have amazing soft serve and their food is SO freaking good. Eat more chicken!!! More...
