I love being able to be a part of numerous business' success stories. Being a business owner is unique in that in involves both the owners personal and professional life. I enjoy the challenge that each new customer brings, and love seeing clients leaving with a better business foundation, which in turn postively impacts their life as a whole.

Our services are designed to be both remote and online. Our services typically include weekly meetings. For clients who are looking for in-person services, traditionally how this looks is remote 3 meetings out of the month and then in person 1 meeting out of the month. This in-person meeting typically is between 4 to 8 hours. If you are interested, but are looking for a slightly different model we are more than happy to discuss customizing our offering.
Process Management Consulting
Our methodology is centered around crafting more intuitive organizations by strategically optimizing their processes. Our goal is to create and/or enhance current processes to make sure they work efficiently and best suite your people and structure. Part of our consulting is to make sure that we don't just create the best process, but that it is being implemented correctly and help with training where needed.
