There was some issues with the venue and through the whole process he remained calm, even walked around serving chicken and waffles to the customers, as we waited. What’s your signature dish?
My Cajun Shrimp and Smoked Gouda Grits is my biggest hit. Folks that don't even like grits falls in love with them.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I like to talk with the client, get an idea of their vision for the event and I let my creativity take over and create the perfect menu for their needs.
What do you love most about your job?
I'm a people person and I love to please so being able to interact and meet people on top of being able to provide my passion to them is gratifying. Especially when you hear they are satisfied, that makes all the hard work worth it.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always been around business. I grew up working and eventually owning the family business. That's what I attribute my professionalism and understanding of business from.
Why should our clients choose you?
I've been blessed with this gift of cooking, there's love and passion flowing through my dishes. Humbly speaking, but you won't find many options with better quality food.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I've invested in chafer dishes that have roll lids to protect the food. All staff is wearing gloves at all times while dealing with ready to eat foods.
