I hired Chef Keith for an important family event. Nine days before the event he cancelled via text giving the reason that there was an imminent death in his family. He did not have an issue with calling when he was trying to get hired for the event, but did not even call when he cancelled on extremely short notice. He canceled via text after the standard non-refundable payment period had passed with other companies hired for the event. As a chef who works events & weddings, he should know that payment is due for most items 10 days bf an event. His social media posts during that period show that the reason he gave for the cancellation were untrue. We were with the choice of scrambling to find another chef or lose a significant amount of money for rental tables, chairs, etc. This chef did return our deposit but he was completely unhelpful in finding a replacement, untimely in cancelling, and untruthful as to the reason for the cancellation. If you are considering hiring this chef, I would be concerned with him following through or assisting if he is unable to complete the event. At the very least, he could have called or canceled in a timely manner. My entire interaction with this chef was unprofessional. I’m only giving one star bc at least he returned our deposit. More...

We go about asking the client what are their expectations, what are they looking as an experience to accomplish with our services?; how many people will be at the event? etc.
What do you love most about your job?
The ability to bring joy to our guests with our amazing food cooked with and passion .
We do it all out of love and it shows in our cooking experience.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been cooking professionally for over 24 years , worked in fine dining restaurants , casual cuisines , Italian, French, Spanish but my passion is to cook with family and friends. Of course my favorite dish to cook Inwould habe to say is the paellas.
I love to meet new people make friends and see people enjoy my cooking .

Online could be a zoom video call teaching clients how to cook a delicious paella and make some tapas , picados ( ceviche type appetizers).

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We take all necessary precautions in handling food safety and follow all state health precautions; we also provide the proper protection for our guests ( masks , hand sanitizer , etc) at their discretion.
