Everything about this local service was amazing: - very prompt response upon my initial request - free walk through prior to officially booking (this was a huge perk as this is not a definite or mandatory through other sites such as Rover). - great pricing, below national competitors with so much more attention to detail - efficient communication and detailed updates with every visit including a full report of what was done as well as several pictures. - user friendly app -most importantly was the kindness, compassion and detail both the owner Sandra and Kitty’s sitter Anissa showed from start to finish. We have always had friends, colleagues, neighbors watch our cat and house sit, so this was the first time using an actual pet care service and it more than exceeded our expectations. The price is more than reasonable, coming in under the under popular conglomerate organizations and equal to what we would pay a friend/neighbor. Where do I being to sing the praises of Sandra Wang and Charlottesville Pet Concierge. Although after more than 2 years now Sandra has cared for and demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and the ability to rescue respond to our last minute calls when we needed to return to NYC and my wife to NC for family. Today however, I desire to tell a story from my heart. I am confident all who love thier best friend will join me in the feeling of gratitude. Our Boaz (Burmese Mountain), developed a very bad cyst on his right lower neck, which later we found out the infection spread to both ears. It was our plan to take Boaz to his Vet at Crozet Wellness Center. However, before we could get him there, the cyst broke, and on one of Sandra's scheduled walks called me at work. Knowing I work in surgery. Sandra very professionally gave a detailed report, and with the compassion we have always experienced with owner Sandra Wang. Volunteered in the midst of her busy work and family responsibilities. Took Boaz to be examined by Dr.Rab at the Wellness Center. Sandra open the way for me while still at work,(Operating Room RN UVA), to communicate with Boaz's doctor to begin immediate treatment. Treatment that in fact immediately helped relieve Boaz pain and discomfort. I can not say enough about Sandra as a person and owner of Charlottesville Pet Conceige. If you or anyone you know that is looking for peace of mind, and the confidence that while you are busy in your personal world. We’ve used Fetch! for nearly 2 years to care for our cats when we’re out of town, and cannot say enough good things about the care they provide. Sandra is absolutely amazing - she knows each cat’s personality and needs, is able to give medicine, and helps them stay in their routine. Communication is easy and excellent - the web portal is really easy to use to make bookings & update pet info, and the visit journals and photos make it a lot easier to be away. I had to find someone last minute to care for my two cats as I was going out of town to see my mom. I booked Fetch! And Sandra and Ash came out to do a meet and greet the evening before I left. They were very thorough and spent about 45 minutes to get to know my babies, their routine and anything extra I would like done while I was out. I’m a crazy cat mom, what can I say 😊 I have one very outgoing cat and one very shy, reserved cat. They were excellent with both. And my shy baby even started coming out more and more - trust, she doesn’t do that with everyone! I’m so, so, so thankful I found someone who is reliable, trustworthy, and good with cats. Working with pets and their animal-loving humans is super rewarding. We always know when our hard work is appreciated--our paw friends show us how happy they are to see us everyday by running over to greet us with wagging tails, purrs and kisses.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I pulled long hours in the corporate world for almost 20 years. When I became a mom a second time, I realized my kids needed me more. I'm fortunate to have the opportunity to start my own business, which provides the flexibility to be there for my little ones.
Why should our clients choose you?
Our services are insured and bonded. Our sitters must clear background and driving record checks to join our team. Our sitters are also employees we hold accountable to our culture and policies. We are locally owned, not a national chain or franchise. Our Concierge Team support each other to ensure our clients always have a primary and back-up sitter to meet their needs. We are available to our clients 24/7.

We offer premium in-home care for our clients. For this reason, we require an in-person meet & greet prior to starting service to ensure a good fit.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our Concierge Team are safety-certified. They are also equipped with masks, gloves, booties, and will practice social-distancing when meeting with clients.
Dog Walking
Your dog needs daily exercise, but fitting a couple of thirty-minute walks into your daily schedule isn’t always easy. For the times when life is a little too chaotic to head home on your lunch break or walk around the neighborhood in between work and dinner, we can help. We’ll make sure your dog gets to take their daily stroll so they can bark at all the local squirrels, smell all of the bushes, and, yes, even visit all the hydrants. We’ll even take photos along the way so you never miss a moment.
Pet Sitting
Need someone to check in on your pet(s) while you’re away? We can have an animal-loving pet sitter stop by to give your pet food, water, and all the attention and love it needs. To ensure you can enjoy your time away to the fullest, we provide daily updates including photos/videos, accommodate schedule changes, and can accommodate last-minute requests.
Puppy Sitting
You love your new puppy with all your heart…but you’re less fond of stained carpets, chewed up shoes, and slobbery clothing. Thankfully, you don’t have to go through the process of transforming your little rascal into a good boy or girl all by yourself. Our local sitters can help you customize the perfect feeding, exercise, and potty schedule for your pup while helping them learn the proper way to behave in your home.
Overnight Care
We all hate leaving our pets behind when heading out of town, but one way to make sure they’re as comfortable as possible is to provide them care in their familiar environment. With our Overnight Pet Care, we’ll have one of our trained and background-checked sitters stay the night to take care of your pet’s food, medication, water, bathroom, and exercise needs. With our “Almost” Overnight Pet Care, the sitter stops by your home later in the evening to make sure your pet has everything they need for a night at home alone. Then, the sitter will stop by again in the morning to tend to your pet’s needs. Your pet will be happy to stay in their comfortable, familiar home, and you can relax knowing they are taken care of.
Pet Taxi
You can’t always step away from your daily responsibilities to take your pet to the groomers or vet. And now, you don’t have to. With our pet taxi service, a qualified pet sitter will pick up your pet and bring them wherever they need to go. We’ll send lots of updates accompanied with photos so that you can see exactly how your pet is doing on their little “solo” trip. Your pet will get the care they need and you’ll be able to fully focus on your other responsibilities.
Daycare
Going away for the day and need care for your pups? Perhaps you just need a few hours hit the golf course. Our private full-day and half-day care options gives you the flexibility to live life when you can't take your dog with you. While you're enjoying your activities, your sitter will follow the personalized care routine you set. Is your dog an active adventure seeker who loves to go on trails, or more of a couch cuddler who likes to lay back with a movie? Whatever your dog's preference, our private in-home daycare ensures your dog gets our full attention.
Overnight Care & Boarding
We offer several overnight private in-home care options for pets who do not do well in a kennel or boarding facility. Our sitter can stay in your home so your pet stays in its familiar territory and offer house sitting services as well. Or, we offer private in-home boarding in the sitter's home where your pet will be fully integrated into it's host family as our special guest.
