I had a small issue that needed to be addressed and Rick jumped on it within minutes. It wasn't even that urgent, and I got a call with resolution and a kind apology for the small issue. This company is a scandal, nobody seem to care at this place. They gave me a position at hobby airport, I didn’t need a security license or had to do a drug test to get hired which are required. I worked a schedule that was Sunday -Thursday, 10 night to 6 morning. Without any notice I was told not to come to work and stay home because someone came back to work they job, I then received a phone call from Derrick asking me to work 3 days and he didn’t know the last time he’ll have something available. Me thinking if I work the 3 days it would give me a permanent spot but that wasn’t the case. Weeks later After waiting to see the positions they had available I had someone at the front office hang the phone in my face knowing of me being employed with them. I went to a hiring orientation at the 45 location and there were about 20 African Americans in there and when the hiring guys came in and seen us they where not thrilled lol? ??????? they discriminated against us bad. They made up a silly excuse and ask us what was our zip codes where we lived and one by one they said "we don't have a post for that zip code" not for the east,west,north or south but their website says they have job offers in those zip codes lol ???? racist people please don't apply or support.We will be conducting a investigation and video recording them also. So be on your p's and q's Champion if you guys don't want a lawsuit for discrimination based on color???? More...

I have worked for CSA for exactly one year. The owner Mr. Flakes and his assistant Ms. Courtney were very attentive to my needs and concerns. The communication was amazing which is hard to find with larger security companies whose concern is all about the money (CONTRACTS), and this is what I loved the most about working at CSA, the fact that Mr. Flakes, Capt. Derek and Ms. Courtney was always available whenever I needed them. It has definitely been a great pleasure working at CSA, even though I am no longer working there because i am working as a staff adjuster for state farm, but i know I will always have a home at CSA, and I hope that the company grows and continue to prosper More...

I LOVE MY JOBI have been employed by CSA for a year and it has been the best. The company is family oriented and they take care of their guards. The owner Mr. Flakes is always available for your questions or concerns. Captain Derrick always makes sure your schedule is full of work, extra hours are always available.
