Central Athlete is a personalized fitness facility. All of our clients work one on one with a coach who develops a training, nutrition, and lifestyle program specifically for them based on their goals. Clients then complete their workouts independently, at our gym or at the gym of their choice.

We work with each client on an individual basis to identify the best way to reach their goals. This begins with a comprehensive assessment that allows the coach to see exactly where a client is in terms of their strength, work capacity, mobility, body composition, and more.
