I found Adolfo over the internet sight unseen. I was a bit worried at first because I didn’t have a personal reference. As soon as I posted my request I heard from Adolfo from Casera. We spoke and made a plan for him to do a walk through. I paid my deposit we spoke a few times and he didn’t mind that I kept changing things. Adolfo showed up with his crew and directed them. I had a small housewarming for about 20 people and Adolfo worked with me to find a menu that honored my grandmother, was appropriate for my guests, and was so delicious! I usually do everything when it comes to prep work and hosting, and they allowed me to enjoy my day and not lift a finger. My guests were so impressed and I was too. I would 10/10 use them again. Adolfo and his team were amazing on our special day. We were throwing an 80th birthday for my father and a surprise wedding in one day- no easy feat with less than a month to plan and just under 30 guests. Adolfo was highly communicative, attentive to details, and had an excellent catering menu with lots of suggestions on how to make our event perfect. Adolfo and his team of two chefs and two servers showed up early well dressed in all black, and they were ready to work. With pouring rain the whole day and guests running late, we had to change our plans a bit, but Adolfo was easily adaptable and made sure everything went perfectly. The food and service was excellent and what you would expect at a higher end restaurant in the city.

Adolfo and his staff catered an in-home New Year’s Day dinner for around 20 people and it was amazing! With lifelong friends and family, there is lots of honest comments in the following days. We are convinced that more delectable rack of lamb and panko salmon cannot be had! Beautiful salads and vegetables with delicate dressings and delicious sauces were also superb.
