Additionally, she’s a former educator who has offered 100's of professional development trainings, workshops, and keynotes to those specifically in the educational field (superintendents, teachers, nutrition, transportation staff, etc) kicking off a new school year.

Keynotes: She speaks on a wide range of topics from: sales, customer service, cultivating an excellent culture, team building, not working in silos, leadership and development, building more confidence, wellness/self care, avoiding burnout, overcoming rejection and obstacles, and much more.

Leadership & Development workshops and trainings: Carrie has a certification from Harvard on Leadership and Development. She works with small and large organizations to build stronger teams, have better management skills, more effective communication, work less in silos, and grow closer knit teams with a deeper sense of trust. She has provided workshops to companies such as: dental offices, corporate companies, healthcare providers, retail companies, real estate, food and beverage, tech, and many more.
