I've been in the medical field since right out of high school when I trained with the Red Cross in Budingen Germany. I was an enlisted man's wife who volunteered in their medical/dental clinic for Army personnel and their dependents.

What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people. True personal power turns pain into healing, and trauma into wisdom. I wish for us all to know this process!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I felt the need to share my own healing journey and felt compelled during COVID to reach out to more people who found themselves isolated.
Why should our clients choose you?
If you chose me, it is because you have felt some kind of connection in my bio. Connection can come just by one word or a picture. Healthy connections come from shared experiences. I believe I have much to share, but more importantly, my understanding of your experiences will help you feel less lost or isolated. Sharing what worked for me will be my life's purpose achieved!
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I offer all my services remotely. Zoom calls are great for guided meditation or therapy sessions. I do prefer however to initially meet my Reiki client unseen at first. I feel it gives me a clearer understanding of their energy before my other senses enter the experience.

As a meditation instructor, I could help quiet your mind with guided meditation. Ground your body with breath exercises that bring peace and calm.
Also, assigning logic to emotional thinking can also be helpful in objectifying chaos into reason.
