From start to finish, the communication was excellent. They made everything easy….letting us choose backgrounds, overlays, and fun props to match our wedding perfectly. I hired Captured Moments for a client/Christmas work party & it was somewhat last minute due to another company cancelling on us due to unforeseen circumstances. ... Perhaps it was supposed to happen, because they did a phenomenal job with our older clientele, getting them to participate & use the props. We got some really good photos & boomerangs for marketing purposes. And we are going to be using them again a week from now for our employee Christmas party, as well. Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Although the photo booth is at your event, the software is digital and changes cant be made at any time during your event! We are just a phone call aware!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
In the event COVID restrictions are still in place, all attendants will wear face covering during setup and the event. Props will not be provided, with the exception of sign props. Hand sanitizer will be available for guests. Periodic cleaning of the touch screen photo booth and props will be conducted. In the event this event is postponed due to restrictions on large gatherings or medical conditions, Captured Moments LC will use reasonable efforts to fulfill these services on a revised event date. Documentation is required for such refund or postponement.
