I had a wedding on Nov 2nd and came by Dj Bwess on thumbtack I believe, while looking for a nice affordable dj. I loved how his prices were straight up and he told me what came included with his packages and it was exactly what I needed. Someone to provide the music and hyping up my guests, by introducing everyone and making announcements. He came well above the time and had everything set up when it was needed by. Honestly me and my husband are so glad we went with Andre for the dj. He took my playlist and did a great job with knowing what the crowd really wanted. What’s the secret to keeping a party dancing all night long?
I love to listen to and play mainstream music from old school rap, Hip-hop, Pop, R&B, funk,house, Edm, Rock, Oldies , Top 40, Soul and of course Reggae and Soca music.

How would you describe your ‘style’?
I am very passionate about my craft, I love to interact with my clients and provide a memorable event for their guests. I Always pay attention to the details. I read the crowd to get an idea of what genre or songs selections get them up on the dance floor.
What do you love most about your job?
I love to the energy that I get from my Clients when I play a playlist of songs that the audience and I connect and just rock out for that moment. There no better feeling when the crowd is dancing or singing along to the music or songs that you selected for them to listen too !!!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have a super large family and I always prepared the playlists for those events for friends and family. Often received tremendous compliment for playlist, so I decided to provide a professional service for all to enjoy.

DJ BWess was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was responsive from the time I inquired about his services to the very end. He was friendly and extremely personable. Staff felt comfortable asking for song requests. Several staff asked how I located him for services as well as requested his business card. Agency/Staff events are so busy with so many different activities, awards, etc. but he went with the flow and it was a major success. The event ended 30 minutes early, and although DJ BWess was informed that he did not have to stay, he stayed right there and DJ'd for the clean up crew :) Although I booked him for an agency staff event, I will definitely be utilizing him for my personal family functions and family business events.

BWess was the DJ for my Mom’s 90th birthday party. He was very professional, made sure to inquire about music preferences and played every song that my mom requested. He also did a great job playing a variety of music for a very mixed age crowd. All the guests were very complimentary and stated that the DJ was great. The dance floor was busy the entire evening. He finished the evening by dancing with my mom for the last song! I highly recommend BWess Entertainment.
