What do you love most about your job?
I love working with clients and seeing the impact of our work overall. From the client having more free time to focus on growth to providing support to our client's team members helping them grow and feel supported. It is why I got into HR consulting.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I saw a need in smaller businesses where they could not afford full-time HR but needed help within that space, so I started BuildHR, Inc. specializing in helping small businesses meet their business goals and transforming how leaders work with their team. I have worked with companies as small as 3 people and as large as 15,000.
