What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing people discover their potential and leaning into it. It is energizing for the client and for me as the coach.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have done many things and have seen what works and doesn't work. I enjoy sharing what I have learned so others can be successful and even shorten the learning and discovery cycle.

I can do both. Remotely is the most efficient and I use zoom to facilitate this. I have also used the cell phone when that is necessary.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Online has been incredibly helpful in helping people through Covid. I have also learned the powerful hold anxiety and stress have on all of us and have helped many people navigate this.
