When we decided to build something different, I knew I needed an architect that could listen to my vision and capture it as I hoped. So I contacted Bridgewater Consulting and spoke with Brayden. Our plan was to dismantle a gambrel barn built around 1890, tag each and every piece, haul all of it to our farm in Kansas and rebuild it exactly as it looked and create our dream home. I knew what I wanted the inside to look like and had a lot of ideas that I didn't know if they could be possible in the space. But Brayden listened, went out and looked at the barn that same day, and started working just from our conversation. Within a few days he and I met, and he showed me what he had created. It was everything I wanted and more. He incorporated post and beams into one of the walls and used the wood from the old barn throughout the house. I was so impressed and only asked to tweak a couple of things from my original ideas. Sharing his plans with our builder, he even mentioned the quality and creativity of the plans and asked if Brayden had done a project like this before because other architects wouldn't have thought of incorporating the old barn like Brayden had done. New sunroom addition for our 1990 farmhouse designed by Bridgewater Consulting. They matched the exterior look and feel of the house hiding the lean-to roof on the inside with a ceiling peak centered on the room and custom fireplace with tile accents to match the green walls and dark wood trim.

My wife and I are building a 5300 square foot house and were absolutely thrilled with the finish product. The teams suggestions and input were welcome and spot on. They suggested many cost saving and design features we had not thought of.
