AVOID this firm at all costs. The call centre/booking team are friendly and that’s about where the positives end.

I made a booking for a consultation regarding my E visa change of status— a booking for which I was charged $120 and informed that charge would be deducted from the final legal fees.

I arrived at the Microsoft Teams meeting room on time and was left waiting in excess of 20 minutes for my attorney. I called the office to ascertain her whereabouts only to be told she would be on shortly and had been researching the E visas— I was honestly flabbergasted.

At this point I made it clear I would like a refund and would not be proceeding to use this firm— my time is valuable and I’m unwilling to work with an attorney that can’t show up on time, let alone one who’s tardiness was a result of unnerving knowledge gaps.

I was met with some pushback and a sales approach to try and persuade my acceptance of a different attorney. I reiterated my position in needing a refund and was at this point informed that this request would need to be escalated. I asked for confirmation that I would be receiving a refund only to be met with unspecific waffle like “our team will need to sort a few things out first then can work on sorting it out”— what does that even mean?

It gets worse. I have since called the office in excess of 10 times across the best part of 3 weeks to ascertain the status of my refund and received no specificity other than reassurances that “I’ll raise it with my superior and get on that for you”.

I’m yet to receive the refund, or even written confirmation (which I’ve requested) that it’s being processed. I firmly believe they’re hoping I will just give up and drop it at some point. I will not be doing that, quite the opposite in fact.

Again, avoid this feeble excuse of a law firm at all costs. Nigel S. Scott from Aegis Law is a much better option— he’ll show you and your case the respect it deserves, paying attention to detail whilst also delivering a personable service. BPA, take note.

It’s a rare occasion that I’ll go out of my way to write a bad review— the time I’ve spent doing this is for the sake of helping others to avoid the situation and frustration I’m facing.

What is the success rate for EB2 NIW visas. Is it possible to expedite I-130 petition filed in 2019 that is seven years past any success story for this?

Renew my green card but have a history of discrimination and now this county is close my ability to support my 5 yr old son who I gained sole custody of.

Great lawyers to work with, and honest folks as well.

Reached out to get help with immigration issues after I'd been laid off on my visa, they helped me understand my visa situation and lay out a number of options. I decided to get their help filing the paperwork to change over to a tourist visa so I could get more time to find another job, and paid them the advance, but ended finding another job before that tourist visa became necessary, and they refunded me the advance (which was sizeable) as no work had been done on it, am very grateful for this.

Am now evaluating my green card application process and have gotten their advice with that as well.

One of the worst experiences I ever ever had. She was very inattentive and was in a rush to go. First 5 to 10 minutes into the call she kept rushing to leave. Provide incorrect information. She was actually calling from a different country. Thus company is not good at all. I urge people not to use this company. Please go to a local attorney or anyone else but them. The sales person who spoke to me was extremely pleasant. I guess that's how they get the money. It works I guess. I actually didn't even want to give them even one star but didn't have a choice. I spoke to Ivana, and I did not get the usual sales pitch, but rather a compassionate helpful attitude. She also sent me some helpful links pertaining to my questions, If I end up having to use a layer, this is the firm I will be contacting hands down.
