Kelly Gribus of Blue Diamond DJ's, made our wedding reception very memorable! Kelly made the "flow" of events throughout the day and into the evening move so smoothly. My wife is Polish and many family members and guests are as well, and Kelly provided a lot of Polish music to dance and celebrate too making all the guests (Polish or not) feel special. What’s the secret to keeping a party dancing all night long?
The trick is really experience, learning the crowds, and Finding what they like...Different types of crowds like different genres and a lot of times is based on age, location and background
How would you describe your ‘style’?
Every DJ has a different style.. I try to find out what the Client is looking for and try to get on the same page with them. For Weddings its the their day and I try to accommodate anyway I can, while making sure everyone at the event is having Fun..Blue Diamond DJS is a network of DJS who share equipment, Ideas, and insights with other DJS in the Tri State Area. We have done over 10K weddings in the last 37 years. We can give advice and try to help the Bride and Groom from past experiences
What do you love most about your job?
I love the live shows and seeing people have fun...share the special moments with their families. Its always a pleasure to be asked to be apart of the big day in their lives..
What inspired you to start your own business?
My family was always in Show Business and music, I got into the DJ business at the age of 13...I saved my childhood allowance and started the business ..I started with High Schools and Bars. My Dad was a small business owner so I grew up in the Entrepreneurial spirit
Why should our clients choose you?
I think its my experience and wanting to make the day as good as I can. Our desire to make the day special...The events are about the people having fun and making it magical, not so much about the DJ

Since this is weddings..they are done live...but during Covid 19 we did do some zoom broadcasting for people who couldn't make the wedding
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We were very flexible in rescheduling events during Covid 19..and we are now not having any issues with it
