This is hands-down the best transportation company in Southern California! It was our second time booking the party bus with them & they are always such a pleasure to work with. Joe is the best, he responds immediately to any questions or changes we have! The communication leading up to both events was 10/10, prices are great with rates explained up front, the driver was on time to all pick-ups. I rarely review places unless I have something nice to say, but my experience with Blue angel limos was so awful that I feel obligated to warn others. I personally spoke with Joe and Chris from the company before the event, and they assured me everything would be great. Based on those conversations, I trusted this would be the right choice for my best friend's bachelorette party on August 23rd. Unfortunately, what we received was nothing short of a scam. * The air conditioning barely worked, leaving the bus hot and uncomfortable. * The stereo system was broken -- instead, we were handed a tiny Bluetooth speaker, which is completely unacceptable for a party bus. * The door didn't function automatically and had to be forced open manually. * The bus itself was old, worn out, and in terrible condition -- absolutely not what was advertised. * The driver was unhelpful and dismissive, doing nothing to resolve the situation.This ruined what should have been a once-in-a-lifetime celebration. To make matters worse, after contacting the company and requesting a refund, I received no response at all.I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was so disappointing and misleading that I feel others deserve to know the truth. Absolutely Disgraceful Experience -- Do Not Book We hired a driver for Coachella expecting a stress-free weekend, and what we got instead was an amateur hour disaster. Our driver, Nate (the owner's grandnephew), was completely unprofessional and unprepared from the start. The car wasn't even ready when we arrived -- seats were down, zero legroom, and we had to pack it ourselves. He didn't bother opening the door for anyone, and from the moment we got in, he was audibly sighing and complaining about traffic... You're a driver. That's literally your job. He got lost multiple times despite having directions and a preferred parking pass we paid for. Instead of getting us close to the venue, we were left stranded and forced to walk 45 minutes to his car in the heat. Completely unacceptable. On top of that, Nate lacked basic social awareness. He missed every cue with conversation, didn't pick up on music preferences, and even argued with us over control of the air conditioning. At one point, we had to stop on the way home because he claimed he was "falling asleep" -- which, frankly, felt both unsafe and like another example of how unfit he was to be doing this job. We paid for a service that should've made our experience smoother, and instead, Nate made everything more stressful. Unreliable, unprofessional, and completely unqualified. Steer clear. Thanks -- here's the final, sharper version with that added detail: Hi Joe, Thank you for your response and for offering compensation -- but I want to be completely transparent: I would not recommend this service to anyone, and I'm sharing this review to help others avoid the experience we had. The free return ride doesn't come close to making up for the stress, wasted time, or the significant cost we paid for this weekend. Despite purchasing a preferred parking pass, we were left walking along the side of the road for nearly an hour and had to call a separate Uber just to reach the car we already hired. That's unacceptable. More concerning, however, was the driver's repeated unprofessionalism and lack of basic awareness. He sighed and complained constantly, got lost multiple times, missed every social cue, and argued with us over control of the A/C and music. Worst of all, he mentioned multiple times throughout the weekend that he was falling asleep behind the wheel. That is not just unprofessional -- it's dangerous. A decent ride on Friday does not erase how deeply flawed and unsafe the rest of the service was. The owner, Joe, was super communicative, and walked me thorugh the entire process with ordering a limo for an event. My sprinter bus I ordered had fresh ice, cups, sodas, and more already stocked.
