Grilled or smoked meats, especially chicken as I have a special, exclusively blended, rub for that.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Having a discussion with the client and figure out what they want. We feel that creates a better experience versus pushing a standard menu.
What do you love most about your job?
Being able to provide quality food and services that meet or exceed our clients expectations. The satisfaction of a job well done.
