Ordering my Sunday Dinner from Blessed Occasions was an smooth & easy experience. When I got my plate it was hot. My plate full with enough food for me to be ready & satisfied to eat. I took the 1st bite of my lamb chops mixed with the macaroni/cheese & it was so soothing to my taste buds & by the time I finished my plate I was stuffed I was ready for a evening nap. The commercial that says “have it your way” could apply to Blessed Occasions Catering . I ordered a turkey for Thanksgiving and wanted it seasoned according to my family’s taste. When the turkey was delivered, it was exactly the way I had ordered. It was easy to heat up and everyone loved it. The turkey was easy to order, and it was delivered on time. TJ spearheaded a dinner at WashU for his fraternity. This dinner was supposed to happen for Black History Month so Soul Food was the pick for the menu.
The dinner didn’t take place on the date originally chosen but the food tasted as expected.
When I tell you all that Keita brought in the flavors of Soul Food! Baby those kids didn’t know what hit them!

We create each me i based on our customers needs and requests.
What do you love most about your job?
The opportunity to meet and serve new clients. It helps us build longevity.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was downsized from my corporate job and invested my severance in my future for my family.
Why should our clients choose you?
I will give them 110% each and every time. I personally attend each event with my staff to ensure that it is flawless

Food contracts can be done on-line as well as photos and references. However, our food is definitely served in person
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We keep everything we do sanitized, spaced out and serve guests instead of them serving themselves. We also have been vaccinated, wear KN-95 masks and gloves which are changed periodically throughout the event.

We have and cater a variety of events: birthdays, anniversaries, bridal shower’s, weddings, funeral repast/wake, fundraising, barbecue and other themed events.
