What do you love most about your job?
As a security guard, one of the most fulfilling aspects of the job can be the sense of responsibility and knowing that you’re protecting people and property. You get to provide peace of mind for others, ensuring safety in various environments. The role also often offers a clear sense of purpose and sometimes the satisfaction of preventing incidents before they occur, making a tangible impact on the security of the places you guard.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked my entire life as a security guard, and over the years, I gained a deep understanding of the industry, its challenges, and its potential. I saw firsthand how important it is to have reliable, well trained security personnel who genuinely care about protecting people and property. What inspired me to start my own security guard company was the desire to provide a higher standard of service one that goes beyond just filling a post but truly focusing on safety, professionalism, and building trust with clients. I wanted to create a company where guards are valued, well trained, and take pride in their work. By doing this, I could help improve the overall perception of the security industry and make a difference in the safety of our communities.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
To keep our customers safe from COVID-19, we've implemented several key changes to our operations, we've ensured that all of our security guards are trained on the latest health and safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) like masks and gloves, regular hand sanitizing, and social distancing practices while on duty. We've also incorporated contactless security measures where possible, such as virtual monitoring systems and remote check-ins, to minimize physical interactions.
