Nate and his team worked my daughters bat mitzvah this past weekend and were incredible. Right when I walked in, everything was set up perfectly, just the way I had asked. The passed hors de ourves were amazing! And my favorite part might have been the desserts...mini key lime pies in cups and ice cream sandwiches for the kids that everyone loved! Absolutely phenomenal! They catered my wedding on 10.11.25. From the very first tasting to the reception Nate was amazing! He listened and even helped with some ideas. I never had to worry with him. He would always get back to me when I had a question. The food is spectacular. All night I had everyone asking me who did the food because it was so good. My daughter just had her wedding and we chose Bites by Braxton. The food was amazing and the service was top notch. Nate came to my son in law’s house and cooked samples for the four of us. WOW! Bites by Braxtons really delivered. I hosted a backyard graduation party for my daughter, and Nate and his crew were nothing short of remarkable. They came early to set everything up. They thought about details that I did not even consider. The staff was genuinely ready to do anything! The food was absolutely delicious! The presentation was well thought out, carefully curated and wildly impressive. To start, we had a beautifully designed charcuterie table the was aesthetically pleasing with a diverse spread from curated meats to an abundance of crudite, crackers and cheeses. Alongside, Nate did a sushi spread especially to please my daughter’s love for sushi. Then we had passed hors d’oeuvres that were phenomenal, perfectly seasoned lamb chops, bacon wrapped dates, sliders, many different types of skewers and plenty more. My guests were raving all night long about how delicious everything was. Then there was the buffet! Colorful salads, well seasoned vegetables, perfectly cooked meats, fall off the bone ribs, and an abundance of sides that perfectly complemented the foods. Furthermore, we had an amazing bar tender, Antoinette, who was friendly and knew how to make some very tasty cocktails! I had the most amazing experience with Nate and his amazing staff as they absolutely crushed my wife’s “Celebration of life” party this past weekend. For such a personal occasion for myself It was a must have to have the best food possible. My wife was an amazing cook and she would have been insulted to have over 100 guest show up at her house and to have sucky food. While talking to Nate over our first phone conversation, and being the wise ass I am. Nate dropped the perfect line on me that made me book him, immediately. In Nate voice “My secret ingredient is love, I put love i to everything I prepare”. Man, that got me because my wife always told me, babe everything I cook is good because “I cool with love”. It’s been three days since the party and I cannot express the amount of compliments and texts I still get about how amazing the food and service was. Since it was a backyard party I knew we were in good hands as Nate yelled at me to put shoes on as he wont prepare food in this condition. Lol I didnt get it at first but how he ran his crew was like a scene from “The bear”. I quickly got it, the professionalism, attention to detail, and the demand of excellence from his amazing crew was like watching a work of art. Nate and his team did a BBQ careering job for my wife's 60th birthday. We had an outdoor event with about 45 people. The service was fantastic, the price was very competitive, and the food was out of this world. The ribs and the fried chicken were some of the best my guests and I ever tasted, and the rest of the menu was delicious.
