Great beer selection. My husband and I have come here for brunch a handful of times. Always room at the bar for 2 but we wouldn't have had to wait for a table. Really pleasant staff. I came to Bites & Pints Sunday mid afternoon, looking for a casual place to eat. They offered a great, comfortable, dining experience that made me want to return in the future. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The food came out in a timely manner and everything tasted delicious. I had two hot dogs all the way and the kitchen sink tots. Both items were packed with tasty topping and condiments. They were also hot and fresh. The atmosphere was relaxed and felt very inviting. Bites and Pints, Spring Garden Street, Greensboro. After several visits to this location I am happy to report that the service is always great. Fast friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you have what you want. I don't give many places a 5 star rating. 5 stars means that everything has to be great. Service, the food, atmosphere, just everything. Once again I had the chicken fried burger, in double, with tots, and let me tell you.. if you order this you had better be hungry, cause it is no joke. I only ate half of it and had to get the rest to go! You will not leave hungry, as the portion sizes are plenty. I didnt have to tell them how to cook the burger. They just knew. That is so nice. The other three folks with me loved this place giving it five stars. I am at three. My chicken waffle sandwich was just ok. The poached egg was perfectly cooked- nice and runny. The chicken was fried well but not very big. The bacon was crispy and delicious. The goat cheese generous and a well-suited sweet compliment to the chicken. Sadly, the waffle was inedible- it tasted deep fried- just resplendent with grease - yuck. We all had curly fries. They definitely got the top of the batch- I had most of the uncurly crispy sticks. The others had burgers they all loved (hubby "gladly" paid the extra $6 for the impossible burger). They all had a beer on tap (I don't drink beer so I was out). Very good burger. Onion rings are perfection! Good beer selection. We had a party of 7. Everyone got something different and all of us enjoyed our meal. This is a great find.

After waiting for over an hour in HOPS and they sat us in a tiny table for a party of 9. We left and came to Bites and Pints to check it out. I decided to get some food to go after a long day of work and I must say that the food was absolutely delicious. Everything from the Fancy Pants Burger to the Cheesesteak Egg Rolls to the Tater Tots (aka my weakness) was delicious. I will definitely be back soon.

Bites and Pints, Spring Garden Street, Greensboro. This place has some nice parking in a private lot. The building itself has seen some renovation and general cleanup. Cool recessed entrance that reminds me of places from decades ago. Inside has a clean and inviting feel. On the smaller side as far as restaurants go, quaint without being tight. Nice bar area and outdoor seating are available. I came in here on a rainy Saturday, just after opening. The beer list was smaller than some but had some decent choices. Bottle and cans also available with some interesting items. The menu is 1 laminated sheet, simple, and just to the point. Sandwiches wings etc. I got some wings as an appetizer while I decided on one of their specialty burgers. In the end I got the chicken fried burger.. with tots, and it did not disappoint. The wings were out in a reasonable time, hot fresh and cooked up just perfectly. The medium sauce was not hot at all and just had a great flavor. Honestly I could make this a destination just for wings!! The burger was out shortly and it was indeed good. Cooked up nicely, and I didnt even have to school them on how to cook a burger! The gravy on top and fried egg was just what I needed after a hard week on the grindstone. This is super comfort food. Great fresh taste, nice seasoning. The tots were equally impressive cooked up crispy without being greasy. Mild dust of seasoning on top. The service was good on my visit. We were welcomed in and seated immediately, and the server took good care of us making sure we had what we needed. The restaurant that was formerly in this location cant hold a candle to this place. The one on the corner across the street.. well.. read my review on them and do yourself a big favor and come here instead.  4 solid stars on this place. The food is great. Been wanting to go to Bites for awhile it’s kinda tough living in Burlington but went last night and definitely worth the drive! We had lemon pepper wings to start they were great! Larger sized than usual crispy outside juicy chicken inside. For dinner I had the chicken waffle sliders and an avocado hotdog. The waffle sliders were amazing! Blew my mind and tastebuds. Bites and Pints is a great lunch or dinner spot in Greensboro that is quickly becoming a Triad staple. If you're a beer fan, you will love the selection of craft brews. The ever-rotating draft list promises something new every visit, and it isn't uncommon to have difficulty choosing between multiple great options. Try them all, I say! The jalapeño fritters are my favorite appetizer. You get three on a plate, so scale according to the size of your party. Cajun boiled peanuts top the appetizer menu, which you probably know have somewhat of a cult following in this part of the country. Commonly found in your roadside produce stands and country convenient stores, I have never been a fan. B&P's take on them, however, was doable. I recommend the Chicago dog with seasoned curly fries. You'll be tempted to order two dogs without realizing just how much food that is. Hell, go for it. Worst case you have an extra delicious hot dog for breakfast in the morning. Boom. One final positive: B&P is co-located with Scrambled and Hops Burger Bar, two other area favorites, giving you options for having drinks and appetizers at one place and a meal at the other. This is particularly useful on Saturdays and Sundays when one or all of the three establishments can get very busy. Why not go for the trifecta? More...
