Rod takes a cognitive approach to equip clients with the tools necessary to overcome their biggest mental and emotional hurdles to live their best lives. What I love most is having a front row seat to watch the growth and development of all those I get to work with. I enjoy the partnership, teamwork involved in taking an individual or couples from problem to solution, from hopelessness to optimism, and from frustration to confidence. I love learning so I gain from those I get to work with as much as they do me.

I was inspired by some coworkers I had who were my age but dealing with problems more associated with those older than us. They had children that, without intervention, they were in danger of not seeing them graduate high school let alone college or walk their daughters down the aisle. I wanted them understand that their health was still very much in their control if only they would seize it. I believed that if they knew better they would do better and I would hold them to that. They would have better relationships, marriages, and a greater opportunity for the best outcomes.

Clients should choose me because of my experience(15 years), my desire for their success, my determination in finding solutions, and my commitment to seeing them healthy, happy, and the best version of themselves.
