Ive been picked up and taken to the airport by many different car services, But Big Apple Ride company made my family & I feel like the royalty we are (lol). They confirmed prior to pickup, confirmed they had arrived before our plane even landed, and stayed on the phone to guide us to the pickup location at the airport. It was 6 of us with 4 large bags, 3 medium, and 4 small bags everything fit in the vehicle with room left to be comfortable. We hired Big Apple for an airport transfer from CT to JFK. With a pickup at 5AM!!! They were fantastic!! The communication was excellent, the drivers friendly and courteous. Our return got a little delayed but they were right on it!!

We booked 2 XL Suburbans with Deepak and Big Apple Ride to get us (3 families of 13) to JFK airport and back to NJ. The entire operation was really smooth and communication was outstanding. Jimmy and another driver arrived early and helped us load our bags, got us to JFK as fast as possible. The night before we landed, Deepak texted us the driver details and where to meet for pickup. Red Apple Ride company is excellent. They are extremely professional and so diligent with making sure that we know we are on their schedule and they are thinking of us. I can't say enough good things about this company. Incredibly responsive and communicative, as well as fairly priced. Driver was actually a few minutes early in picking up my son for the airport. And, despite it being 6 in the morning, freezing cold, and still dark out, he was smiley, friendly, helpful, and professionally dressed. Totally put my mind at ease, considering that I was leaving my (20-year-old) son with him!

Deepak and his associates at Big Apple Ride are awesome. Right from the start Deepak responded quickly and all of our communications were clear. The drivers were punctual, professional and very friendly. Unfortunately one of the travelers in my group got injured in Italy and had to return early, on her own, and in a wheelchair! I messaged Deepak and he had a driver waiting the next day for her! His quick response really took some of stress away.
