Online and In Person Training
I help get the 9-5 worker, former athlete, stay at home parent get into and back into shape. Whether you are familiar with the gym or not I will show how to achieve your fitness goals and your dream body with not only a doable workout plan but also providing you a meal plan that is personalized to you and your daily life style. The photos are some of the individuals I have helped personally to get them to where they want to be. Everyone's journey is different and it all matters on how hard you push yourself in and outside of the gym.
As mentioned above I help a wide range of individuals achieve their fitness goals and dream body below is a few programs that I offer.
Programs:
1. Greek God Program (Bulking Program)
- This program is for the individual that is looking to build muscle and strength. You will be training heavy and to failure on each and every workout.
-Meal plan will be given as well with calorie intake
2. Warrior Program (Cutting/Lean Program)
- This program is for the individual this is looking to cut body fat and build lean muscle. This program will have a lot of cardio and body weight movements that will help you in your calorie deficit and burn fat. In other word HIIT works (High Intensity Interval Training). The end goal is to have your body fat drop and you lean out.
- Meal plan will be different than the Greek God program, again tailored for your calorie deficit and life style
3. Super Hero Program (Hybrid)
- This program is is a hybrid of the Greek God and the Warrior Program. You will have a combination of both cardio and heavy lifting. This program will show how discipline you are and how important you health is.
-This meal plan will also be a combination of the (2) programs
4. Powerlifting
- This program is for the powerlifters (Squat, Bench, and Deadlifting). I have competed in a total of 4 powerlifting completions and have came in 1st and 2nd place in each one. Each competition I have helped clients increase their overall numbers by 15lbs plus. This program will show you the accessory needed and the amount of times to lift per week
-Meal plan will be personalized based on your goal
5. 12 week programs (men and women)
- This program is a 12 week program to help kick start your fat loss or lifting journey. Here you will learn the basic of lifting along with meal prepping and a diet that is suitable to you
