What do you love most about your job?
It means everything to me to make a positive difference in peoples lives and help them maintain that pisutive change. To be able to partner with them on their journey to a healthier, hsppier, more stable lifestyle change, to have really made a positive change in their lives is the most rewarding.
What inspired you to start your own business?
There are so much misinformation out there about ADHD, diabetes, and maintaining healthy lifestyle. I have ADHD and diabetes, myself and struggle for years. I have found success with managing my ADHD and diabetes. I feel very passionate about helping others achieve the same success as I have. So I started my own business so that I can help others.

Binge eating and food addiction
People think there are just two types of eating disoreders. Anorexia and bulimia, but that’s not the case. If fact there are more.
You don’t have to be excessively obese or extremely thin to have an eating disorder. Nor do you have to have a mental condition. Binge eating and food addiction are a much larger a problem than anorexia and bulimia.
If you’ve been dieting with no success and have the “yoyo” effect of losing and gaining, then there is a real probability you have an eating disorder.
