DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY – NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE I wouldn’t wish our experience with this moving company on anyone. What was supposed to be a simple move in LA turned into a complete disaster that cost us thousands out of pocket, unimaginable stress, and days of chaos we’ll never get back. It started with their walkthrough, where they told us our belongings would only take up two-thirds of a truck. I had my doubts, but they assured us they knew what they were doing. They also promised they regularly move large appliances like fridges and washers/dryers. Sounded professional—until moving day. From the moment the crew arrived, the foreman expressed doubt about whether everything would fit. Spoiler alert: it didn’t. They should have sent two trucks, but didn’t, leaving us scrambling to rent a U-Haul and finish the move ourselves over two more exhausting days—while juggling sick kids and home repairs. But the worst part? When they tried to disconnect our washing machine, they snapped the pipe off the wall, unleashing gallons of water like a fire hydrant. Our first floor flooded. We had to call an emergency plumber who had to turn off the water main to stop it and cut a hole in the wall to repair it. And when we asked the movers what happened, the foreman casually said he “does it all the time but doesn’t like doing it.” Seriously?! While one customer service rep (Carlos) tried to help, he became hard to reach after the incident. Eventually, we were told the company would not take responsibility for the damage because, apparently, their agreement says they “don’t unplug appliances.” Newsflash: your team did it anyway—and broke our house in the process. This company says whatever it takes to get your business, but once the chaos starts, you're on your own. Between the property damage, the extra truck rental, the plumber, and our time, this “affordable move” became wildly expensive and cost thousands more. Avoid this company at all costs. You’re better off moving everything yourself than dealing with the lies, damage, and disrespect we experienced. I can’t believe they treat people this way. It’s shameful. More...

Omar and Juan had my Mothers apartment empty in about 4 hours, and that includes the time it took them to carefully plastic wrap and cover ALL the furniture, as well as disassembly for some of the larger pieces.
