Bella Brothers helped us with an older home upgrade including kitchen, dining, bathrooms, and other smaller changes. They were able to fit us into their schedule faster than any other company we quoted. They quickly helped with a floor plan and new ideas on layouts for the house that we were very happy with! I partnered with Stephanie the designer to bring some very specific Pinterest inspirations to life and Stephanie was great at helping me fit these into the plan. The work ethic and attention to detail from tiling, plumbing, construction and even regular clean up was above our expectations! Our project manager, lead construction team and even the owner Thom was available daily to answer questions and talk us through when we had any concerns. Bella Brothers designed my grand kitchen remodel. They did a fantastic job and exceeded my expectations. From the 8 foot island to the custom cabinetry, every detail was well thought out. I love coming home to my new kitchen/dining area. The banquet seating and loads of storage make it so easy for me to entertain and store all my dishes and gadgets. My new kitchen hood, flooring and backsplash and quartz countertops are simply gorgeous. Bella Brothers was superb to work with! We had a daunting project of adding a bathroom into a completely open room (no plumbing, etc). Tom and Stephanie, especially, held our hand at every step - from planning, to designing our space, to construction. Picking materials and items from their show room was great! It was helpful to see materials and finishes before committing. We also were able to get a custom tile design which seems to be the star of the bathroom :D I've heard of a lot of construction horror stories, but Bella Brothers only provided sweet dreams. Our contractor was efficient and quiet--we barely noticed he was there half the time! The whole project took about two months, and that was due to some wait times on material delivery. It was much faster than I expected. There were a few mistakes along the way--to err is human!--but Stephanie and the Bella Brothers team quickly solved any problems. I cannot say enough about how terrific Mike F, project manager was. He was always responsive and timely; his knowledge and ability to diagnose and remedy issues in all areas is impressive…. from finding the screws needed to install door handles from Turkey that came without the hardware needed to diagnosing plumbing issues, overseeing the large projects and keeping track of the small and unexpected issues that inevitably arise in a construction job. He seems able to fix almost anything! Mike went out of his way to speak with condo manager to make sure I got the help I needed to resolve a plumbing issue in the condo building that was beyond the scope of the work Bella did in my apartment. We had a midsize deck that needed to be replaced. Bella Brothers' price was in the middle of estimates given, but they kind of gave a professional, secure feeling in their interaction with us, so we went with them. We got an estimate within 2 days,  worker arrived within 8 days, and job was finished in 3 days (in a month that had torrential rains every other day).  Great job, good cleanup, professional follow through.  We recommend them. Tom is a nice guy good salesman but the work was poor, we paid 135,000 for remodel but we’re very disappointed with the work had to pay other company to make repairs that Bella said they would make.????

This was our first time ever doing any renovations, and we'd heard all of the horror stories about working with contractors, and we cannot say enough how impressed we've been with working with them and the end results. From meeting with Arsan and Tom to having Eric oversee our projects, to all of their crew, we've been really impressed with the professionalism, responsiveness and commitment to getting everything right. Bella Brothers is top-notch ! We have a beautiful new kitchen, master bath, and hard wood flooring throughout. From beginning to end - from Tom giving us a quote to Arsan helping with the design and Eric overseeing the crew - we couldn't be happier. Everyone was patient, professional, and very knowledgeable. Everything is just perfect and what we have been needing and wanting for a very long time! An additional thank you for the transformation to the exterior on the front of our home! The beautiful prairie bow window, bedroom encasement window and block window are beautiful! The colors of the siding, shingling and new door all worked so well together and added to the warmth and beauty of the project!! Bella Brothers was referred to us by a friend who had the kitchen remodeled, full bathroom created from scratch, and the master bath redone. We had already received multiple bids for our kitchen remodel. We called Bella Brothers last. Their quote, design, and consultation was much more thorough than the competition. This is our first large home renovation and the extra attention helped put us at ease and make the decision to move forward with the project. We are two weeks into the renovation. I have nothing but positive things to say. The workers are timely, diligent, respectful, and skilled. They make a point of cleaning up after every days work. Their communication is above and beyond my expectations and our home is transforming in front of us. It looks better than we had anticipated. I would recommend them to anyone. In fact, we already have. As soon as we are ready to tackle another part of our home, we will be calling Bella Brothers. I am surprised by the other reviews and would recommend that if you are researching contractors by review, you should also read their Google reviews, there are more reviews there and it would provide you with a better picture of the company. Horrible Company. I wanted the front of my house done, vinyl siding, windows and a new roof. Set up to come out on a Tuesday to look at the roof and to give me an estimate. The stated that as soon as the roofer looked at the roof he would call me. No call, I called them later on Tuesday and the girl said they would call me right back. No Call. I called on 2 times on Wednesday and they said the guy would call me back. No Call. Then I had an appointment on Thursday for a second guy to come out and give me price on the siding and windows.I get a call 1 hour before the appointment to let me know he was en-route. I told him I still don't have the price on the roof that I was promised. He said I got it right here with me. I said whats the price, I'm not sure I got to call the office. So he lied to me. Then I said well just give me a price on the other stuff, since you don't know how much the roof is going to cost. He agreed. Then 15 minutes later the guy calls back and said if they can't have the whole job they are not going to do the job. So in other words he is trying to bully me into giving him the roof job as well. I could swear that most people don't get a roof job done when they are getting siding. I would not hire these guys to mow my lawn let alone do any work on my house. More...
