Great job. Efficient, timely and cost effective. No hidden fee surprises. My situation was not that unique. I needed to know what a former employer was saying about me when providing references to potential employers. The investigators made contact with the employer and provided a summary and recording of their findings. The investigation was done within the letter of the law and the information provided was helpful. Any issues with the prior employer have now been addressed and are in the process of being rectified.
