Baxter's Bubble Bus LLC

My Groomer is out due to lasting medical reasons, I went looking for a mobile Groomer and had not so good results from the 3 previous mobile ones. ERICA , from Baxter's Bubbles was my last hope. Erica came over at the time and date she said. My dog, Bandit is spoiled by having only 1 groomer, before she took ill . After speaking with Erica I felt very much at ease. Bandit took to her right off and when she was finished grooming him , it was as if Bandit's original Groomer had come back. Bandit was groomed to perfection. Erica followed my instructions to the letter. The second time Erica, from Baxter's Bubbles came to groom Bandit, he was waiting for her. Baxter’s bubble bus is my favorite! I moved cross country and was struggling to find a groomer for my Pomeranian, Bobo. He’s an anxious boy but does really well on grooms. We love Baxters Bubble Bus. They are amazing. Our labradoodle has separation anxiety and would always get herself so worked up every time we would bring her to be groomed at our other place. The idea of having someone come to our home, pull up outside of our house has been much easier for our dog without much stress at all.

Erica has been amazing. She makes the long trip here and is so kind to all of us especially to our dog.

What a pleasure! The bus was on time and awesome! My pup’s 2nd time with the bus, she ran right to it! While the convenience is great, it is the peace of mind knowing your animal is feet away being groomed that will keep me calling the bubble bus when it’s spa day! Absolutely the best grooming experience I’ve gone through with my golden retriever Jojo. Jojo has a fear of the groomers after a bad experience at a petco. I had Bubble Bus Erica come to groom my 3.5 lb Yorkie.
She shaved my baby,front legs and body,back legs she didn’t touch. Her face was not even at all.
She didn’t do her belly or butt or nails,I don’t even think she gave her a bath. I didn’t want her shaved. She took a picture of her with her top knot out and fur in front of her face to make her look shaggy then after pictures. $115.00

I’m surprised to get these comments since you said that this was the best groom she ever had and that i was the only groomer for you. When i spoke with you it sounds like there was a miscommunication on the hair cut. I gave her longer hair on the legs and a hint of a skirt based on the photo. Her nails had very long quicks so i could not get them shorter without hurting her and she was trying to bite me while i was woking on the nails. Im sorry the top knot didn’t stay in, she had a very long pony tail, the length if her body and the show rose pony tail holder that i used had a thinner elastic than the heavy duty one that you had on her and kept or i would have used what you had. Of course she had a bath, im not sure why you would say that but we wash all dogs two or three times and she had a blueberry facial like all of my client get. Still i have offered to fix her cut though you are writing this a month after the groom. I have offered to give you your money back. Client satisfaction is very important to me, every other review is a raving 5 stars. Im sorry that you are not satisfied but how can i fix this when you told me it was perfect. This online review is the first im hearing of it, we sat in your living room for quite a while visiting and chatting about your surgery. I would have been happy to fix the cut to your liking had you asked. You will not accept money back or for me to re-cut her. If you change your mind reach out and we will make this right.

I was very happy with the service I received. Erica was wonderful with my dogs and they look and smell great.

Thanks so much for the compliment! As far as the expense, we do include everything in a pre-quoted price so there should be no surprises. Mobile services are definitely more expensive than the brick and mortar. You are right. Gas prices are not our friend!

Baxter's Bubble Bus groomed my young Yorkshire Terrier, Peanut. I've had trouble finding a groomer that can groom her. Some places even said that I should drug her.
