About

There is no one-size-fits-all training program, because your dog isn't like every other, your dog is well, yours. Often trainers will give advice without any considerations on how you can use the space you have, and that never made sense to me.

Dog Training

I have a fear reactive Belgian malinois and Eric has been wonderful about helping get her comfortable. We have a long way to go but I’m building the necessary tools to help her. She’s come a LONG way from the skin and bones dog that I fostered. Eric is wonderful about understanding that Draven is on her own timeline and won’t be rushed (including her taking a nap during a session which was hilarious). As much as I needed a trainer to help me make Draven safe, I wasn’t expecting to have as much fun with the sport aspect of training as I am (I think I might have more fun than her honestly!). Dog Training

We really loved working with Eric! He was so helpful with Azul. We had never had a dog before, and our first dog, Azul is a Doberman puppy with a ton of energy and very smart.

It was tough at first, but Eric was very patient with us, and even when things would slip and we would need to reset and go back to the basics, he really helped us get back on track.

Azul LOVES him as well. He made training fun for Azul and my son as well.

We are really happy and thankful for the time he spent with our family and gave us the tools that we are easily able to continue to do consistently every day!

Eric is professional and thorough at each session with our reactive Yorkie. He teaches practical tools and methods, but also the science and reasoning behind it. His scheduling is very flexible, communication very clear, and pricing very approachable. I highly recommend his services. More...

His knowledge of canines and their needs was exceptional and he taught us all so much . We highly recommend Eric without reservation ! More...

Dog Training

I've had a very pleasant experience so far. Very nice and easy to communicate, also very flexible on setting appointments. My dog also likes the trainer a lot. We've been able to accomplish some results in just 2 appointments. He also helps you perfect the training method and is always ready to answer questions. Also as my dog doesn't know English commands, and he took it upon himself to learn some of them which was very thoughtful. Overall 10 out of 10 experience. More...

Q&As

I love the feeling of success when you have a break through, it really does feel like your dog is going from animal to companion. It's hard to explain but it is magical for sure!

I have helped several people in a short time span with training. Whether it is getting their leash walking on point, helping with reactivity, or even house breaking. Enough to the point where most have said I seem to have a real passion for training and I should pursue this even if it is a part time venture.

I have noticed that some dog training emphasizes cramming a dog into a dog shaped mold without trying to take the time to embrace and channel the innate energy and nature of the dog into something productive. My goal is to embrace and work with the dog you have, rather than forcing it to be something it was never bred to be. There are a lot of amazing trainers out there who can get incredible results, and I am fortunate enough to have learned from some of them. However, amazing trainers are usually out of the reach of most people who are just getting their first dog.

I am able to provide training remotely. It is not ideal because really hands on training is the best, if you desire remote training I will request a short video isolating what a normal training session looks like and what some of the pain points you have, for me to take notes and diagnose.

I personally am vaccinated and boosted, on top of that I am comfortable wearing masks if desired.
