My mom had spent a week cooking for 9 hungry people and we wanted to give her a night off. Instead of dragging three small kids out to a restaurant, we turned to Rhea and Basic Kneads to act as our personal chef for an evening. We didn't regret it for a number of reasons:*Great food. The bread is out of this world and the dishes were very tasty. We have pretty high food standards, and we were not disappointed.*Good value. She provided bread, veggies, scalloped potatoes, salad, ribs, and dessert at an incredibly reasonable per person cost. We also had plenty of food.*Very customer focused. We contacted Rhea with just 24 hours notice. The first step is to get your expectations, then find out if you are expecting any guests that have allergies or dietary restrictions, lastly, I take your answers & get creative with custom menu ideas for you.

I'm not the only picky one out there! Long ago, I got tired of unhealthy restaurant food with non-food ingredients.

Rhea, John & Theresa up-to date on all vaccines. Rhea is the only one that cooks & packages. All food is made in our private commercial kitchen~exclusively for catering. No one comes into the kitchen other than Rhea. Basic Kneads operates under stringent food sanitation requirements.
