This client left 4 bad reviews using the names: "idddda", "frida5508" and "nellynelly". THIS CLIENT THINKS HE IS A CRAFTY CONTRACTOR WHO CAN TAKE ADVANTAGE OF WHOEVER HE PLEASES. AFTER ENTERING A MULTI PHASSED SERVICE CONTRACT, DURING THE DESIGN PHASE (1ST PHASE) THE PROJECT SIZE ALMOST DOUBLED. HOWEVER, THE CLIENT WAS UNWILLING TO RENEGOTIATE THE FEE. THIS IS A "I WANT SOMETNIG FOR NOTHING" CLIENT WHO IS NOW ON A VENDETTA TO GIVE ME BAD REVIEWS EVERYWHERE, BECAUSE HE COULD NOT GET HIS WAY AND GET TWO TIMES THE HOUSE FOR THE ORIGINAL FEE. I HAVE ATTACHED: 1. ORIGINAL AGREEMENT 2. FIRST DESIGNSCHEME SIZE 3. ALMOST FINAL SCHEME SIZE (HE STILL WANTED TO ADD MORE.) 4. ALETTER REQUESTING AN EQUITABLE FEE ADJUSSTMENT. HE OFFERED ME $500.
