As a customer and getting to know this owner, I’m really disappointed that this man live with himself after taking my money and did a real unsafe deck at my house. After paying $ 7500.00 and getting work that was unsafe for my 88 year old mother to walk and sit outside. After asking for my money back all I have gotten is a run around. I pray no one else gets there money taken by this owner. Court will be the next step. More...

Kelvin provided services for a couple of my properties earlier this year. Hired him after seeing a couple positive reviews on Google. While he’s a nice guy, his inconsistent servicing and repeated billing errors ultimately forced me to look elsewhere. I genuinely wanted to continue supporting his business as a local Black-owned service, but in the end I had to pay for work that was never completed just to close out our relationship. It wasn’t worth pursuing a legal dispute over his baseless mechanical lien threats for not paying for services not provided. Maybe he provides better and more consistent service for some than others. If you decide to work with him, I’d recommend keeping close track of services performed and carefully reviewing invoices to make sure you’re only charged for work actually provided. More...
