What inspired you to start your own business?
A sea of sameness. This is what I saw with most conference and company events. As a director of international expansion for a Dallas-based restaurant brand, I saw and experienced how predictable and flat most company events were. Companies invest a lot of money to gather people together — there should be value in attendance and real tools that will allow attendees to grow personally and professionally.
This is what I love and develop — highly engaging, insightful and interactive events that enhance culture and connection with companies desiring to deepen their communication and care for their staff and clients.
The inspiration really birthed from seeing so many predictable and admiringly, boring presentations in the industry and listening to so many presenters use second hand stories, illustrious and examples. The lack of connection with the audience and hubris of presenters being out of touch with trends, business experience, and authenticity really ignited a desire to offer something memorable and magnificent that will allow attendees to be remembered, rewarded and referred.
