Mojito Shrimp - our jumbo shrimp are marinated in rum, lime and mint and then grilled. Every customer absolutely loves these!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
It's about having a conversation. What is the vibe you are looking for the event? Up scale and formal or laid back and casual, cocktail party or dinner, themed brunch, whatever your planning we then work to design a menu that matches the mood.
