It wasn’t bad—but it wasn’t great. The good:- very clean space- great location- relatively affordable by co-working space standards- very practical, heavy duty furnitureThe bad:The instructions on the website say to buzz the 2nd floor and you’ll be let in, so we did that and got no response. We re-read the email, and it turns out none of that was true, and you actually have to download an app to buzz yourself in. Fine, but wish the messaging was consistent. We get upstairs and there’s signage to check in at the front desk, but we arrived at 8:45am and no one was at the desk (and as it turned out, there wouldn’t be for quite some time) and the iPad check in kiosk was dead. So we just sit down somewhere and start working. There’s a utility on the website to reserve a phone booth, but it just shows no booths are available ever. Turns out they’re first come, first serve—and there’s only 5 real office-grade phone booths with three additional carpet-lined closets for the whole space that can fit hundreds of people. Needless to say, availability is low. There are lots of folks who just arrive then camp in the booths for multiple hours, so getting a phone booth is almost impossible during business hours. The espresso machine that automatically makes lattes, hot chocolate, etc is broken. The website mentioned snacks being available but there were no snacks.A few other people have mentioned the floors—they are beautiful old rustic floors, but they are INCREDIBLY noisy. Every step anyone takes is accompanied by creaking that is loud enough to disrupt nearby conversations. It wasn’t awful, but I’m not sure if we’ll be back—honestly, all the other stuff is very workable, but the phone booth issue is the main reason I probably won’t be returning. Reasonable price! Safe area! 2 minutes to the subway! Incredibly cozy office! Even coffee with 3 types of milk are included in the price 😭🙏 Office is open 24/7! This is the best I managed to for this price! I can sit at the table, I can work on the sofa! Very comfortable! The office visitors are well-mannered! Thank you, Dear Team of Farm SoHo! 🙏❤️ More...

This is a edited review. Initially I gave then 1 star. The following is an explanation of the occurrences that led me to leave this review. I requested my mail to be shipped to me in a different state. When I got the package the only mail that was missing was my client’s work permit. I sent the office images of the packaging and asked if that was the box they put my documents in. This was to help me determine if a UPS employee opened the package and repacked the contents because the package I received didn't look tampered with. I also asked them to check with the employees to ensure that they did not mistakenly ship the package without placing that particular mail in it. They never respond to my questions. I recall asking them a few months earlier about what device was being used to scan mail and their privacy policies. It appeared as if a phone or tablet was being used to take photos of the mail and I wanted to know if employees were using their personal devices, they never responded to my inquiry about the devices being used. I asked them to file a claim with UPS because I tried filing and was unable to. I even sent screenshots of the error messages that I received from UPS stating that I could not submit a claim. INITIALLY, THEY REFUSE TO FILE THE CLAIM with UPS AND TOLD ME TO DO IT MYSELF. After I posted the first review they assisted. The manager of PostScanMail, the partner company of The Farm Soho refuses to call me back. Then both PostScanMail and The Farm Soho have weren't answering my calls nor responding to my emails. The manager claims she was in meetings all day and is unable to get on a call with me. I told her to send me a day and time she was available. She did not respond. I sent several questions about their hiring practices and if any tampering or theft issues like this have been reported before. They eventually answered the questions over the phone. I also had an issue where I have never received any of my client’s social security cards that I applied for. I thought it was an issue with the social security office so I would just have my clients apply at the office. However, my clients who I requested for the social security card to be sent directly to their home address, received their cards without issue. Now I have to file complaints for all the socials I never got and check to see if my clients' identities have been stolen. After I post the initial review, I received a call from a manager who stated that he was traveling but will do everything to assist me resolve the issue. My client's document was never found, however, the manage paid the cost of reapplying for the documents and filed the claim with UPS. UPS did issue a check for the lost document but it was not enough to compensate me for the time it took to apply for the client's documents again. I am grateful that I was able to get a favorable resolution for my client. More...

Bad internet, not suitable for video meetings. I had two important client meetings and had to repeat the same things several times as my clients couldn’t hear me.
