POSSIBLE FRAUD & TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I didn't even purchase business from this company and within 2 minutes of being on their site they were already harassing me asking me for My personal information. I advised Jessica Sworn that I was only checking out their site and that I wasn't sure if I would be using them just yet. She didn't care one bit. In fact she initially tried to avoid answering any of my questions I had about their business. So after explaining politely that I did not feel comfortable giving out my personal information at this time she advised me she would have someone reach out to me. I decided that would be fine and asked her what would be the best point of contact email or phone? She stated email would be best. I gave her my email. Right afterwards she advised me it was mandatory for me to provide her with my phone number as well to "Verify" me?? I asked her "How are you to Verify me when I don't have an account with you nor have I ever done business with you all before?" She stated "We have our ways." That alone freaked me out. So I advised her "I already gave you my email and will not be providing you all with my number so if this will be a problem then I believe we are done here." Her response "Thanks for reaching out to Arka." They are most definitely rude with lack of customer service and common sense of Fraud all around. I don't doubt they Are Fraud. Either way I advised them they lost a potential customer. I WARN YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO SEE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION ON THE BLACK MARKET!! More...
