I have an agreement for Full construction plans including framing, foundation, floorplan, MEPs, ect, all documented in emails. I hired and paid for their services in December '24, and now it is the March 25th, 2025 and they've barely completed the floorplan and MEP plans. My entire project is on hold now. We need plans to build the house. When I inquired about the foundation plan, Joel denied it was part of the agreement, When I supplied the email where it was clearly specified as part of the agreement, he apologized and stop responding to my emails. I don't want to call this theft or fraud because I don't believe in attributing criminality when incompetence could explain it all. I am just at the end of my rope and this company is the only reason I have not been able to start. I would never have hired them if full construction plans were not part of the deal.
