I went to get my haircut with my mom, and the service was exceptional. Everyone in the team were super accommodating and made you feel welcomed right from the start! They also work hard to make your appointments work and fit around your schedule which I'm super grateful for. Highly recommend! Today was first time having my hair cut and dyed by Rosa. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Rosa was very nice on the phone, fitting me into her schedule a day earlier than what I had initially booked . At the salon, she patiently walked me through the color matching process as it was my first time dyeing my hair. Rosa took her time to make sure to achieve the most complementary color for my skin tone and eye color, and it turned out beautiful! This will be my go-to salon from now on. Since I entered this salon I felt the help I needed, my daughter for the first time wanted to do her hair for her 16th birthday. Previously she went to another salon that did not do what she wanted and she was not happy. I arrived here in good hands that brought happiness to my daughter. Love my hair, I am very picky with who does my hair and Rosa exceeded my expectations. Usually I get my hair done it takes forever, but she was able to be very thorough and made sure my haircut is exactly how I want it and the end style in great timing. The salon experience was amazing very attentive. The fact it was pouring they made sure I got to my car without getting soaked by having a helper with a large umbrella. I was new to the neighborhood & was worried about finding a new hair salon/hair stylist. I walked into Aquarelle salon and met Rosa. She did my hair and I fell in love with her instantly. She can do wonders with her hands and has amazing skills as a hairstylist and overall as a person. She’s very professional and knowledgeable in her field. I had a wonderful experience. If I can give Rosa 10 stars I would!!! The owner of this very beautiful salon provides the most professional, heartwarming and excellent service I have ever received. I did not have an appointment and Rosa did not hesistate to take me in at once to do a very intricate hair style for a wedding. She took me in at once and did not let me leave until it was perfect. Since I have thin hair it is challenging for me to achieve the look I was going for. However this was not an issue for Rosa. The techniques she was able to do were out of this world. Rosa did my hair and makeup for my wedding. It was perfect and gorgeous! I received compliments all throughout the day. The makeup lasted all day. It was a outdoor wedding so I was afraid the makeup would get ruined by the weather but it didn't. My hair was flawless and it too lasted all day. My second time at this salon and as you can see my hair looks AMAZING!!!! Rosa doesn't disappoint!!! She takes good care of you to make you feel comfortable, she listens to what you want done, she gives you an honest opinion if asked, she's super professional, she works hard! !! I got highlights, full layers, wash, cut and blow dry. This is the first time I get highlights and was scared to see the result (since i've never had any change done to my hair) and to see the final result made me feel truly beautiful♥️ You walk out of the there feeling like a super model! I was recommended to come into this place to treat a hyper pigmentation condition on my face so I signed up for the 3 month GC facial treatment, but from the first treatment application I was able to notice at least a 50% deference on my face, in other words my face was much lighter in a matter of a week.
