Reports inconsistent depending on who they’re aiming to please. When that shifts from tenant to property management, their ability to detect an issue also shifts. Incredibly unprofessional. They’ll send the report of your own call to property management within 24 hours, but when you request copies of your calls you’re told corporate has to see if they can send them, and will message or call you. Yet to hear back, but when I called back to check on this again myself I was only given the same runaround answer, and the gentleman was incredibly demeaning, condescending and unprofessional on the call. Apparently beneath him to have to take annoying calls, and provide any customer service, let alone just give straight answers.Apparently less important to be professional with the tenants ultimately taking on the cost of the service, than it is to be with the property management.Have not earned a fan.
