I'm a licensed psychologist in private practice. I specialize in helping individuals and families with their relationship issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, and difficult life changes. I have been described as a therapist who will challenge you and provide you with direct feedback in order to promote growth. Most people really love this style, but if you are looking for somone to simply have vent sessions with then I will not be the best fit for you. I am not always going to tell you what you want to hear or support you in continuing problematic behaviors, but please know that I care about all of my patients and I want you to get what you need from your therapy sessions with me.
