Helena Willingham of An Affair 2 Remember is the consummate event planner!!! I decided to do something CRAZY I've never done before -- host two back-to-back birthday parties to pull off a 1960s-themeparty on Sat.
and a 1970s-themeparty on Sun. Mind you, I'm extremely picky and a perfectionist about EVERY detail, so much so that sometimes I have a hard time making up my mind or change my mind to ensure my vision is exactly executed as I've envisioned it in my head. I even had two cake tastings to decide on the flavors for a two-tiered cake for the Sun. night party. Helena arranged and cheerfully delivered both tastings to my home. Of course the Sat. night party had a different cake to go with that night's theme.
Helena took me and all my quirks in stride. She was professional, patient, timely, connected me with top- notch vendors (cake artist, balloonist, DJ and videographer), enthusiastic, fun to work with, had great ideas and gave great suggestions, she and her crew did a great job setting up and cleaning up afterwards, went the extra mile, ETC.!!!
I can't say enough great things about working with Helena, but can say this -- I've already booked An Affair 2 Remember for my Oscar Watch Dinner Party next March. With Helena's help, I know it will be red carpet worthy!

What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always enjoyed putting on events for my friends and family. It was when I planned my mother in law 60th birthday party and three of her guest came up to me and asked for my business card. They raved about the décor. At that time, I told my hubby that I was on to something.

Yes, remote planning is just like traditional wedding planning, only we take care of everything online. From hunting for venues, through to ordering flowers, invitations and more. So rather than meeting face to face, we will communicate via call, video and email. You will get the same results, you just won't have physical meetings with us.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
When we meet with our clients, we ask that everyone be masked up during the meeting as well as we have had sanitizer available.

This service is designed for the Groom and his groomsmen which is included in the full wedding package.
We assign your personal Butler to you. From shinning your shoes, straightening your tie to pouring your groomsmen a drink. Think of it as your very own personal Butler for the day!

Yes we have makeup artist on staff!!
Caterer
We have Caterers on staff!!

We have our very own design team that can bring any vision to life!

Venue
Yes, we also have a perfered Wedding Venue located in Stone Mountain, GA. The venue hold up to 230 guest.
The main ballroom is 3600 square ft and holds 150 guest.
The other ballroom is 1600 squart ft and holds 80 guest.
You can also rent the entire venue out!
