I visited Apline Fit for two reasons: 1. As a supplement to my in-network PT for rehabing a tough sprained ankle. 2. To help me prepare for an ultra-endurance mountain biking race. Over ~6 sessions, Dr. Willets was extremely informative, patient, and supportive of my goals and injury. She provided exercises to do at home, and in session body treatment and drills. I credit her to helping me complete my 8 day race without any injuries at all! Highly recommended. More...

Dr. Willets was such a lucky find! She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, kind and effective. She helped me non surgically heal a shoulder injury that has been uncomfortable for years. The office is conveniently located, clean and welcoming! I couldn't be happier with the results and found her holistic approach to be such a good fit for my needs. I would highly recommend! More...

Wonderful PT! I’d been injured for 2 months and after going to Alpine fit for 3 weeks I was back to running with no signs of my knee returning to injury. I feel much stronger and far better equipped to train on grueling terrain with exercises that will keep my body in working order. Both the exercises and in person muscle massaging quickly produced very positive results. More...

My first PT told me there was nothing she could do for my ankle problems. I had given up hope that I would recover, but then I went to see Kyle (out of network) and after each session I noticed progress, and after 5 sessions I had a full recovery. Highly recommend.

Dr. Willets is fantastic to work with. Having an autoimmune disease isn’t easy, but she’s helped me manage my symptoms through a nutrition plan that works for me and my tastebuds. She doesn’t just give you a fish so you eat for a day, she teaches you to fish and navigate the ingredient “waters” of the grocery store. More...

I went to Dr. Willets for a stiff, swollen knee and feared I would wind up needing a surgeon. She is a very skilled diagnostician and even without MRI imaging, she was able to figure out my problem. She does super effective manual therapy and gave me great advice for home exercises which didn't feel like a long list of chores, but rather simple things that were easy to do and helped me change the way I move. With her treatments and guidance, my effusion has resolved, my meniscus has settled down, and I have my full range of motion back. I highly recommend Dr. Willets. She is fantastic! More...

PT is tough. Living an active lifestyle with chronic injuries is even tougher. Kyle and Alpine Fit help me manage both. With two shoulder tears in as many years and longterm injuries to hip and knee, I've personally had a lot of body work and worked with numerous clinicians in Boulder over the years. I've been working with Kyle for most of 2018 and here are the elements have helped me make real, longterm, lasting gains:- Genuine personal attention: taking the time to know my injuries, my style to design and continually adjust a rehabilitation plan accordingly.- Accessibility: the ability to actually schedule sessions (not weeks out) and find the time to do more if its a rough week or reduce sessions if my body is doing well- Depth of knowledge and techniques available: Kyle has an excellent working knowledge of kinesiology and physiology and uses it to develop protocols that are effective and not overtaxing at the same time. The ability to vary between cupping, dry needle, manual manipulation, edge tool, stretching, and measure and track progress provides a overbuilt tool chest of techniques which is exactly what you need to make real progress rather then just treat symptoms like most PTs out there. If you are looking for a place that gives you a take home sheet of exercises and red and green bands and says ;come back in four weeks for your next paper' this is definitely NOT the place for you. Also, if you are looking for a magic fix and don't want to put in any effort, this isn't the place either (and good luck- because such things don't exist once you cross into your 30s!). If you live an active lifestyle but have had some setbacks and want to invest in improving them and yourself as a whole, then I would recommend Alpine Fit. More...

Amazing PT! Dr. Kyle knows her stuff and was really, really amazing to go to. I wish I went to her first when I got injured. No insurance, just a reasonable rate and easy scheduling. One of the other reviewers said "freedom from pain" and I agree. More...

When my orthopedist suggested that I try physical therapy to alleviate my low back pain, I was less than enthusiastic. Been there, done that. Fortunately, a friend recommended Alpine Fit and Dr. Kyle Willets. After years of hunching over a computer all day, my neck, shoulders and low back were all in terrible shape and my posture was awful. Kyle has taken a holistic approach to help relieve my muscle issues and help me reshape, retrain and strengthen my muscles in an effort to reduce pain and improve mobility. The results have been fantastic and I feel fortunate to have found Kyle and Alpine Fit. More...

Kyle has refreshing, holistic view of health and has been wonderful to work with. As a life-long athlete, I've had plenty of doctors thoughtlessly prescribe a regiment of ice and painkillers for any injury. You will find the exact opposite at Alpine Fit.The initial mechanical evaluation was thorough with diet, stress, previous medical history, and current lifestyle all being taken into account. During my sessions she helped alleviate my symptoms immediately, but was always searching for the root cause and long term solution.Alpine Fit has exceeded all of my expectations for any professional in the health space. Kyle is just the best. I had a lot of medical professionals give me things to work on and advise but nothing was really working. So I lived with pain for years thinking that is just how it was. Kyle reached out and I am so happy she did. The difference she has made in my life is amazing. I feel so much better then I ever have and it has allowed me to start showing up again fully in every part of my life. More...

I honestly do not know how to thank Kyle enough. I was in constant pain for years and after starting to work with Kyle I have seen such huge improvements. The work we have done has allowed me to be more present in my work and in my personal life and move to a place where my injuries do not define me. She is also very nice, personable, and cares about what is actually going on in my life. Thank you Kyle. Your the best. More...

Dr. Kyle brings a warmness and kindness that accompanies someone doing something from a place of love and self-fulfillment. She has a strong enthusiasm for her work, but tempers that with a calmness of mind and demeanor. I came to her with a neck problem and she offered me exercises and diet advice. Kyle was in charge of rehabbing my shoulder after a recent surgery. I requested a rehab program based on exercises I could perform on my own. She started by performing an in depth evaluation of the shoulder and based on that, gave me a series of exercises to restore the shoulder to full mobility and function. She put a lot of effort into making sure I understood how to correctly perform the exercises, including making a video and sending me an email in which she described them. We then had regular session where she evaluated my progress and adjusted my regimen accordingly. Thanks in large part to her efforts and oversight, the shoulder now is fully functional and feels great!Among the reasons why I liked working with Kyle and recommend her and Alpine Fit:She was very attentive to how the program was working for me -- she was not locked into any preconceived notions she might have had and continually adapted her views and my program to how my shoulder was progressing and my overall physical situation. Her in-depth knowledge of a wide range of healing modalities including exercise, anatomy, diet, kinesiology, yoga, massage and sleep made her a one stop for any wellness questions I had. She didn't just treat my shoulder but with my overall well-being. I feel that she is a good resource for any health-related question I have. As an example of her general flexibility and desire help her patients in any way possible, she once met me at my gym to observe and provide feedback on my workout routine. She is very personable, her scheduling is very flexible and her rates very reasonable. While I don't necessarily look forward to needing medical attention, I do look forward to working with Kyle in the future.
