I hate working out, always have. Not only has it been difficult to motivate myself, but being creative/figuring out a change of routine to keep things fresh made the concept of working out stressful. Allison cancels all of that out. She's a spectacular motivator, taking the time to listen to your wants and needs as they change. She always comes prepared with a different set of exercises to keep things fresh, and is always quick to adapt based on how I'm feeling that day. I help my clients by improving their strength, stamina, flexibility and mobility and even weight loss or weight gain depending on their goals. They feel overall better and healthier and they can do things a lot easier than they could before.

Yes I provide virtual and in person sessions. either through zoom virtually or drive to them in person, or they can meet me at my gym.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Making sure if they are sick we would not workout in person, or if they are wear a mask or virtual sessions if its a major concern
