Best place to eat in Chester! Authentic Middle Eastern food. Never had anything bad here, seriously! However, the Shawarma and Falafel Plates are always my faves! Best homemade hummus on the planet. I could eat it with a spoon. I have never had a bad meal here. Allan and Tonya are delightful people. Everything is made fresh in house. My husband adores the shwarma, I love the chicken kebab (yogurt marinated and grilled) and the falafel. Pita sandwiches are served with hummus, tomatoes, cucumbers, and romaine, and the most deliciously addictive sour pickles (no tzatziki - that's Greek, not Israeli!). Allan's Falafel is THE place in the area for authentic Israeli cuisine. Not only is everything home made, but the staff and even Allan himself makes you feel at home. The cozy restaurant has Israeli flair and small town gives as well. The food is exquisite and the service is outstanding. Allen’s falafel is one of our go to restaurants for date night or even just take out. Their food is beyond fresh all the time. The falafel and borecca appetizer are amazing! The baklava is a perfect portion size and not too sweet. Their hummus is also very good and fresh- I even order it sometimes just as is to use with my cooking at home!
