I decided to try them out. They wanted me to do monthly, but I figured I try a single treatment first since they were running a deal. That was interior and exterior with cob webbs knocked down. Well, I watched on my camera as he arrived and he was on his phone. We can all be phone people though. Eventually begin talking on phone shortly. I wont expose the mans conversation. But it was a short call. After that, the full interior was not done. Full exterior neither. I have all the video. So, I dont know if they are poorly trained or just didnt care. idk, but I definitely don't recommend. I paid for service I didn't even get and got the video footage to prove it. So, probably best to try another company or some DIY solutions. I did have hope for this one. More...

A pushy salesman came to my door, trying to push the service on me. As he was going through his sales speech, he would ask personal questions about me. After he was done, he told me to sign the contract, which I never told him I would agree to. So when I told him that since I had never heard of this company, I would need to do some research to be sure it was not a scam. He got angry, acting very unprofessional, saying that I should not have wasted his time if I was not going to sign up for their service. After doing research, I am glad that I did not sign that contract, as the salesman lied about the overall costs. He said the cost would only be $40 a month, but after I added up the price of four treatments and the initial $250 fee, it would cost almost $70 a month. More...

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We used masks, kept distance, and billed online. By being able to bill online, our technicians had no need to come into contact with the customers at all. As soon as they were let in, they did the job, and then they were out of the house. Prompt customer service has helped us do this and maintain a safe environment for everyone.
